Tensegrity Table (2022)
Designed and built a tensegrity table that uses tensioning of cables to create the appearance of a levitating object. I used old guitar strings for the tensioning and spider web. The spider is made with a bent guitar pick. All materials were either found as scraps or intercepted before heading to the trash.
Plasma Cut Art (2022)
Designed in Fusion 360 and cut on CNC plasma table. Soldered LED strip lights for backlighting.
Stair Railing (2018)
Railing is designed using SolidWorks to fit in an existing stairwell. Wood railing is made using a CNC. Steel support posts are welded and drilled to run tensioned stainless steel wire.
Desk (2018)
This desk was designed to utilize leftover materials at the shop. After gluing and nail gunning the wood design, the table was trimmed and milled flat on a CNC. The legs are TIG welded.
FlyAway Productions - Mercy (2020)
Two large steel cages and a smaller “suitcase” were fabricated for mounting on the exterior of a building in SF for a socially-minded aerial dance piece. Design is done in collaboration with Sean Riley, set designer, and Jo Kreiter, company director and choreographer. Studio photographs with dancers are done by R.J. Muna.
GirlFly (2020)
Eight aerial apparatuses were designed to be used by young girls for a piece addressing the pipeline from school to prison in low-income communities. The design is an abstraction of prison bars and provides solid placements for new aerialists to support themselves.

Floating sapele shelves supported with stainless steel rod. Made in collaboration with Lucid Machine Art.
Hotel Lobby Art Installation in Palm Springs (2018)
CNC produced wooden ornaments are suspended on jute rope to create a separation between the lobby and hotel bar. Made in collaboration with Lucid Machine Art.
